3. Pick the site and pay

4. Home Address is the English residence on your ID translation, character for character.

4. Start 1583 and fill notary fields

Why change forwarding on day one. If you leave the ID address, mail goes there. Adding a new mainland delivery address later often means another 1583 video and another fee. Set it once.

5. Preview the 1583 PDF

Check the first page against the generated form.

• Rented US address and box number
• Name (Last / First)
• ID residence and contact (same as the translation)
• Real forwarding address
• Passport
• Secondary ID (translated national ID)

6. Photograph the IDs

Passport

7. Video notary (about 3 to 5 minutes)

Two field notes from our own video

1. Notaries disagree on translated national IDs. Some accept the packet. Some stop. Leave and try again later. A different notary may pass the same files. There is no hard cap on attempts. A single no does not kill the packet.

8. Wait for site review
