This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information on carddoger.com. We do not sell your personal information. Using the site means you understand the practices described here.

  • Membership and billing details handled by the payment provider
  • Messages you send by email or other contact channels

  • Device and browser type, approximate region, pages viewed, and timestamps
  • Cookies and local storage for login, theme, and basic features
  • Anonymous or aggregated visit stats if analytics is on

We do not store full payment-card numbers.

  • Necessary features: login, security, light/dark theme
  • Preferences: interface choices
  • Analytics (if enabled): traffic and referrers, to improve the site
  • Ads (if Google AdSense or similar is on): showing and measuring ads; partners may use cookies for more relevant ads

We use trusted vendors to run the site. Their own privacy policies apply, including:

  • Supabase for auth and backend data
  • Stripe for membership payments and billing
  • Hosting and CDN (such as Vercel) for the site and assets
  • Google Analytics if configured, for traffic
  • Google AdSense if enabled, for ads; Google and partners may use cookies based on visits here and elsewhere

5. How we use information

  • Run, maintain, and improve the site, login, and membership
  • Process payments, reduce fraud, and handle support
  • Analyze usage and improve content where the law allows
  • Show and measure ads if advertising is on
  • Comply with law and valid legal requests

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is needed:

  • With the vendors above, to operate the service
  • When the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety
  • In other cases, with your consent

7. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as this policy requires, or longer if the law says so. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission is perfectly secure.

8. Your rights

Where the law allows, you can ask to see, correct, or delete personal data, or ask how we handle it. Email hello@carddoger.com with the request and the email on the account. We may need to verify who you are first.

9. Children

This site is for adults. We do not collect information from children under 13. If you think we did so by mistake, contact us to delete it.

10. Updates

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date on this page will change. Material changes may also be noted on the site. Keep using the site only if you accept the updated policy.
